To imagine that God is doing something greater than we can imagine or wrap our minds around. Wisdom that covers the majority of life's experiences; the younger years of life, your career, marriage, parenting, finances, leadership, politics and much, much more. When you spend time in the book of Proverbs, more wisdom will be acquired. When that wisdom is put into practice your life will be transformed.
God has uniquely gifted everyone of you. He desires you to use those gifts in meaningful service in His church, in His Kingdom. Many of us already have a feel for what our gifts are. We merely need to know where our gifts are needed. Others of us want to make sure we are serving where God would have us, and are looking for ways to confirm what our spiritual gifts are. Though we all have a strong urge to be independent, the reality is we have to depend on each other we are to have the best possible life.
So the question is not will I live in connection, but will I live well in connection. During this series, we will discover what God had in mind when He designed us for community and how life goes better as we learn to live together in a way that is mutually beneficial. It's never too late to get it right, and perhaps there is nothing more important to get right at our present moment in history than how to live "better together" as we learn to live well in connection.
Bringing in large groups of people to hear a message is good; training up disciples and sending them out is better. Raising up disciples of Jesus comes at a cost. If our church becomes a sending church it will experience loss…big givers, key volunteers, leaders; even dear friends will be sent out. But to see the gospel advance pastors and church leaders must empower, equip, and encourage their people to go out into the world. Even if it comes at great personal cost. Throughout this 7-week series Pastor Justin will unpack how Grace Church can do both…gather and send.
But if it dies, it bears much fruit. A generous heart is a healthy heart. It truly is more blessed to give than to receive! We need the Spirit of God to move and to work on our behalf more than ever. I believe, the single greatest privilege throughout history is the open invitation to turn toward heaven, in any circumstance of your life and to ask God for help. Join us during the month of June as we become stronger in our prayer lives. Grace Church's effectiveness in pursuing its God-given mission is largely dependent on the character, devotion and skill of its leadership—which can be formal or informal, staff or volunteer, clergy or…you.
The influence and impact of Grace Church is felt most fully when Christ-centered leaders are at the forefront of establishing and growing a well-led church and other organizations.
Grace is at its best, when God's love and care the Gospel pours out into our neighborhoods and our towns through acts of love, justice, mercy, service and restoration. Nobody goes it alone. During this powerful two-week series Pastor Justin will communicate the importance and the power of Vision.

Vision awakens emotion. Vision brings clarity and breaths great purpose into our lives. Vision is catching a glimpse of what could be and what should be. Once the vision is clear courage is needed to go after it with all our hearts! The Almighty God has a vision for your life. What could possibly be more fulfilling than that? Do you know Jesus Christ? Do you know if you have eternal life? His name was John and he wrote the letter now titled First John.

John was an older man and perhaps the only surviving apostle at this time. John was an eyewitness of Jesus and with great authority he wrote this letter to give a new generation of believers assurance and confidence in the God they worshiped and in their new-found young faith. God has given Grace Church a powerful vision, we want to see as many people as possible get into the family of God, we want to see them grow in their faith and we earnestly hope that people will go out by using their gifts and talents to impact the world for good.
With great candor Pastor Justin will talk about where Grace Church is getting it done and where we could do better. All we can say is, "Buckle your seat belts as we prepare for 3…2…1…liftoff! In Hebrews it says without faith it is impossible to please God. Yet many of us walk in unbelief and fear; two of the greatest enemies of a victorious Christian life.
Don't let fear and unbelief keep you in bondage to a powerless life. Say yes to the adventure of following God, go where he's called you to go and by faith live a powerful life! The life God intended you to live.

Home should be a place where children are loved and allowed to be vulnerable with their parents in their areas of weakness or failures. The story of Esther is a story of triumph through weakness—a story where God lurks just underneath the narrative surface, putting his power on display as he confronts the might of empire armed with nothing but an old man and a young girl. From sex to self-control, parenting to politics, the book of Proverbs has a word for you.
